Our story
Al Bashaier began in Egypt in 2004 with a calf farm in Giza, three thousand head, and a clear brief to keep researching and improving. In 2014 that work became Al Bashaier Farms on the Cairo–Alexandria Desert Road: thirty thousand head and an automatic slaughterhouse built to current international practice, with slaughter according to Islamic law. Further production lines and expansion projects are under study.
